41lbs is 9 wks is just about right for your beginning weight. I started at 247 I am 6 months out and have lost 75lbs. My doctor told me that I losing perfectly. There is a big different between people with more to lose than we do. If your starting weight is 400 you probably would have lost 80lbs by now or something like that.

don't get caught up in the comparison weight loss gain. Trust me you will go insane. I went insane for awhile. You are doing absolutly perfect. Relax and keep up the good work.

Water - you may want to have decaf teas, crystal lights, diet snapples, diet gatorade if there is such a thing. It doesn't have to be water is can be any low to no cal, liquid. Just watch for calories and sugar. You do not want to be adding calories from liquid. Try even making your own lemonade, water, ice, lemons, splenda. Yummy.
