Walking is a must because it decreases the risk of pulmonary embolism. Sip alot of fluid to decrease the risk of dehydration. Cough to move the pulmonary secretions to decrease the risk of pneumonia.
Prenatal vitamins are available most any where.
Protein, not that important the first few weeks. Walking and sipping are your immediate tasks at hand.
Just personal items for the hospital stay.
