Helena, results of a lift kind of depends on how much actual breast tissue you have left. You need some to work with. I went with only the lift. I'm pleased with the results but I have to say that the breast tissue that I do have is pretty much at the bottom of my breast. I have minimal tissue towards the top. So even though I am still in a D cup the fullness of my breasts is towards the bottom.
I contemplate getting augmentation if I decide to get my arms done. Right now my finances just won't allow me to and I really need to get some loans paid before I just jump into more plastic surgery. The full cost I got for the arms was $6,000 but I will get a 25% discount off the surgeon's fee which will bring it down to about $5200. Not sure what it would cost if I added in augmentation.
