I use fitday and love it. However I bought it instead of using the one online. It has so many great features and I love the little graphs! Keeping a food log is a great idea. With fitday you can also make journal entries. It is good to note things that make you feel icky. You can see patterns if you are keeping a log or journal of what you eat.
I've also enjoyed seeing the graph that shows my weight loss. There is a pattern there as well. I lose then level out, lose then level out, etc.
