Hit a Wall Already?
Well Since Saturday I've been at 285 and holding. Is it possible on my 15th day from surgery that I've already hit a weight Wall?
Saturday through my weigh in today on Wednesday I'm at the same 285 lbs. That's 5 days at the same weight and I'm only eating 6 oz's o protein a day, plust my 70 plus oz's water.
HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE to not lose weight?
Did anyone else have this happen? Walking, Eating only small amounts of lean protein, water. Nothing else I could do.
Anyones take on this?
