I'm struggling getting in my protein as well. I have made a concoction (sp?) to help get some in. It consists of 8oz skim milk (9 g), an atkins protein shake (15 g), and a scoop of this soy protein stuff from GNC (25 g). There is 49g of protein for ya. You just kinda nurse the drink all day long. I'm not saying it tastes great, and it is bound to give you skanky breath, but hey, it gets in the protein. Just remember to shake it often
