Thanks ladies. I went to the store and found those glucose tablets so now I have them in my purse for emergencies and won't have to go to the break room for sweets when a low blood sugar episode hits.

I also bought: eggs, cheese, string cheese, 98% fat free ground beef, chicken breast, shrimp, veggies, yougurt, peanuts, walnuts, shaved chicken and turkey from the deli, and edamame. So hopefully I'll be set for proteins! I guess I wasn't aware of how MUCH protin I should be getting. I looked it up on a website and calculated 87 grams per day! At least until I lose weight.

Thanks for the tips, especially the protien and the glucose tblets, what a find!
