Stress eating or drinking? Bummer! Form a new addiction - try Crystal Light in water - that's a staple. I also got Sugar Free DaVinci carmel coffee flavor at Wal-Mart - have a good cup of coffee - it feels almost like food when I'm tired, bored, etc.
Also SF popcycles - I practically live on them when I just HAVE to have something sweet.
Lots and lots of protein - try spicy foods, lots of variety.
