I honestly think it was "dieting" again that got me back to where I am. I had gotten down to 180 which is a good weight for me, and then I had my gallbladder taken out and I can suddenly eat things again. I held at 180 though for a while after that and then I decided to try weight watchers points to help me stay on track and I failed at it and put on some weight. Then I held up at the low 190's for awhile and stopped my birth control for a month or two and actually gained another 10 pounds! So I sat in the low 200's for a while. Then I went back on B.C. and put on 8-10 pounds! Then I tried "dieting" again and ended up where I am now. It's crazy how it happens. I think a combo of bad choices and short stints of dieting then falling off the wagon has gotten me back to here. I did drink beer for a little while because of stress at work and that sure didn't help AT ALL!!! Fast food doesn't help either....
I'm pretty focused now and realize how stupid I was to get back to this point. It's just REALLY hard!

I did the pouch test and did pretty well on it, but it made me so tired and I ended up eating more after I was done. It's more of a mind thing for me, If my head isn't in it, I won't succeed.
Thank you for all the great encouragements everyone! I'm still glad to be still down 35-40 pounds from my highest, but want to get back way down!
