Struggling...
Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I've been on here. I've become another statistic of people who gain weight back after the surgery. I'm back up to about 220 after getting down to about 180 over 2 years ago. Ever since I had my gallbladder out and changed around by birth control, my weight has just skyrocketed and I hate it. I'm trying really hard now to get back to where I was because I remember now how much I hate being FAT!
I personally think I had surgery too young. Now that I have been out of college and making decent money, I feel that I could have been more successful if I had waited.
Oh well, you live and you learn! I've started going to the gym during my lunch breaks at work and I'm hoping that it helps out. My metabolism is just horrible so I have to really watch what I'm eating. I'm trying to keep it to 1300 calories per day and exercise 4-5 times a week for 30-40 minutes.
It's good to see there are still people on this board! I could really use your support.
