Default 5 Years

It's been 5 years in June that I had surgery with Dr. C and it has been literally a life saver and life changer. I was a gym rat and dropped all the way to 160 lbs and felt good but looked like I was in a prison camp in WWII. I layed off the gym and slowly gained some weight, up to 190. Now I think that's too much so I'm back in training to loose 10 lbs because I look and feel good at 180. I haven't posted in a long while but have kept up with reading posts. The only thing I can say is don't lose faith in the power of the pouch. You do what you have to do and your pouch will do what it has to do and together its beautiful.
