love the analogy....
"I heard a great analogy... it was something like if we are driving along on the highway and miss our exit, we don't go all the way back to the beginning to start over ~ we simply get off at the next exit and turn around to get back on track.... so if you can look at one moment, for just that, then you can be proud for all the good things you did before.
