Thank you for sharing your story with us. I understand what you mean when you say that you haven't gone out and made any friends because they all move away, I am kinda like that too. My husband is in the Air Force, so I completely understand how hard it can be to make and keep friends being a military spouse. My best friend just moved, her husband went to Korea and she went to their follow-on assignment, so she is gone now. When is your surgery, do you have a date yet? That last 7 lbs will come off, you can do it!

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.
