I know some of you are gonna post telling me to give it time and I know I should be more patient but I have to tell you. That's not one of my virtues.
It's also one of the reasons I failed at every diet attempt...Diet, diet, diet and diet some more till I paced in front of the refrigerator half starved until finally I would just eat.........and eat.
Ya think maybe our bodies are just use to waiting us out until we give up? Could that possibly be the game here? I'm not sure but for the next few days I think I will count the calories I am taking in...Maybe...Just maybe I'm taking in too many. Plus it will help me feel like I'm doing something to change things and get the pounds melting again.
Just call me "Stuck @ 16 & Holding."

Just calm down and STAY OFF THE SCALE!!!!! It will happen! You have just put your body throug ha major shock and sometimes it takes things a while to even out. Follow the diet your doc gave you. Eating too little (and too little protein) can so down your loss as well. Just do some excercise and eat some protein and it will happen.
