with your age you may not have to worry about plastics. Chances are your skin is still pretty elastic and you may not have problems. Rather than planning for plastics (which is great but PAINFUL!!) I would try to avoid it. Use some of the skin firming creams and focus on weights as well as cardio at the gym to keep everything tight.
Most insurances do not cover plastics unless there is a medically necessary reason. LIke major major rashes and irritation.
