Default plastic surgery and medicaid

I have a fear....that I will lose weigth and get healthy but be hideous. I am only 24 and still VERY interested in men and that subject. I want to feel attractive and sexy with my clothes off and know I will never be able to afford my own surgeries(medicaid is payign for GB). I am already in MAJOR debt from college loans, and with this economy I haven't been able to find a job - Anthropology here btw). I am worried about losing th eweight but gaining the massive amounts of skin. Anyone knwo about medicaid covering plastic repaoirs after GB surgery?
