Yolanda,
When I first went through the surgery, I think I was the biggest stresser about the weight loss. I did what you did...lost for 2 weeks and then not one pound until about 10 days later. This has continued to happen throughout. Some people lose steadily and others of us stairstep. It got to the point that I would only lose weight the week of my period...go figure. It still happened rather rapidly in hindsite. I lost 150 lbs in 10 mos. Now I am trying to maintain the best I can since I am pregnant...but I am trying to have faith that the rest WILL come off after my little one is here. Good luck to you...it will happen. Oh...BTW, I am still a scale freak and stresser. The ones that can control the compulsion to weigh constantly do seem better off!

Oh...and take your measurements. You will be amazed at how quickly they drop even when the numbers on the scale aren't.
