Thanks Dara, I will take your advice and put the scale away. I've finally had the chance to read some of the other posts and realize that there are others going through the same thing I'm experiencing. I guess when individuals have a major surgery such as the one I've just had, you expect more results as opposed to what you could have achieved on any other diet such as the Atkins Diet.
I will stop the madness and be patient. Once again, thanks.
