I think your grandma would be proud of the courage you have shown doing the WLS. The ones that love us want us happy and healthy. When times get hard,grandma will be watching and oh so proud of her grandbaby. The happier you are the happier the people in your life are.I truly believe that.
Plateaus come n go.Ive hit a couple.I upped my protein and water intake and it broke 2 days later. Best wishes to you...Sco
