Default Welcome Bama

Hi Travis, glad you've joined here and that you're going to find a HUGE amount of information, encouragement and support here. You'll find many here who love to help others succeed, and also get a swift kick sometimes when you are making choices that aren't so smart.

There are so many people here, great people, and I hope you find that out for yourself while you're here.

Congratulations for making a huge step toward finding the person there inside you, the healthy one that's been hiding until you're able to do what it takes to change and find that real you emerge from under that weight you've carried for so long.
