Cincerbelle hang in there. I will be honest with you and tell you it can get worst. But we all had to start someone. You are starting out on the right path. You might want to start that 6 months supervised diet with your PCP ASAP. You want to at least get that started. Hang in there. If you stick with it and stay on top of everything it will happen.
