that totally happened to me on my pre-op diet... I was getting my holiday baking done so I could get everything mailed out before I went into the hospital, and as I was making my various cookie doughs, I kept going to lick the random bits of batter that managed to get on my hands or whatever just because it's so much faster than grabbing a paper towel, but it's a really hard habit to break out of
