I was cutting up a banana for my daughter and without thinking popped a piece in my mouth and started to swallow it before I realized what I was doing.

I freaked out a little because I had no intentions of eating it. It was just what I'd "normally" do. I've had to really pay attention when I'm making meals for my family that I don't sample or taste like I'm used to doing. This is such a huge learning curve for me.
