Hey there, let us know how things go. It could be a number of different things so the best person to help you out is the doctor. Everybody reacts a little different to the surgery. I myself was on pureed foods for at least 6 weeks and any time I tried to sneak in a soft food, that did NOT sit well. It could be that the soft foods are a little too much for you now or it could be some other issue. Don't panic. You will be okay. I have a pretty tolerant pouch and have had no problems but I'm pregnant now and I struggle with a lot of those same things right now like getting the protein in, foamies, and am taking zoffran (another antiemetic aka antinausea drug) to help. So I can feel your pain with the frequent praying to the porcelain goddess. I hope you can get things settled soon.
