You're OK... it's only been 5 weeks. Above all hydrate!

What kind of foods were you trying to introduce?

What kinds of foods are you eating now?

It's possible that you jumped the substance gun too soon for your pouch. Remember, at 3 weeks you're still healing inside, at above 5 weeks, the healing is done... but that doesn't mean you can dance salsa without learning how to swing your hips.

If you can't tolerate foods with substance, eat soft and pureed foods for a few weeks longer. There are plenty of recipes in the recipe section to help get you variety through this rough period.

What about protein shakes?... there are plenty of recipes for them too.

Bringing this to the docs attention is the best thing... Perhaps you have a form of stricture, perhaps not. But you shouldn't be kneeling at the altar this much.

Feel better... it will pass. There is a 'feeling normal' again time to come.
