Cannot Tollerate Protein (egg soy or milk)
My diet is probably considerably different. I am allergic to milk protien soy and egg powders upset my pouch horribly. So here's what I do.
Breakfast
4 - 5 oz of fish, chicken or dinner left over
Lunch
Repeat of above.
Dinner
Favorite Southwestern chicken soup with black beans and lots of rotissery chicken.
If I haven't gotten in enough calories I add an apple with peanut butter at the end of the day. I have to eat my protein so everything I have has to be high in protein. I'm loosing weight and have tons more energy so the effort is worth it.
