I am 10 months out.
Breakfast for me is almost always a protein shake. I've never been a big breakfast person, and a shake is easy to take in the car. Plus, it is quick for me to fix.
Lunch...lately I've been hooked on roasted chicken. I eat about four ounces. And since I've been trying to increase my potassium, I try to eat a couple of bites of a banana.
Dinner...last night, I had about 3 ounces of steak from Outback. It was delicious. I also ate about 7 french fries.
So far, I haven't had anything that makes me sick. Rice doesn't sit well in my pouch. It feels like lead sitting in there, so I don't eat it.
I really need to get some more fruits and veges in. But, all in all, I don't feel that I've really sacrificed a lot. I no longer crave sweets, so that hasn't been a temptation.
