I am 3 months out. Breakfast is lg cup of coffee with protein in it, snack is go lean oatmeal with water to make it. Lunch about 1/2 a serving of wendys small chili. Snack is a cheese stick. Dinner is whatever my family has, about mostly protein a few bites of veg and a bite of fruit, bedtime snack is a few triscuits with cut up cheese. I was only doing 3 meals a day and my dr. thru a fit. Now I do 6 and I am losing slowly but steady and feel wonderful. Down as of today 70 lbs!!!!
