Question; for those of you who are further out and mentioned that what your pouch tolerates can vary a little bit day-to-day; how long does it take to figure out if you're going to have a problem? Do you eat a bite of something and let it work its way down for awhile before proceeding with the rest of the meal? Obviously, I've got a long way to go before I have to worry about it...so I'm really asking just for curiosity's sake.
