I'm a little over 2-weeks post-op...
breakfast: 6 ounces of fage yogurt (I generally just pick at it over the course of 30-60 minutes)
snack: 1/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese
lunch: 1/2 cup pureed soup
snack: 1/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese
dinner: the other half cup of soup left over from lunch
if I find myself hungry at night or just needing something sweet, I keep sugar free fruit pops in the freezer.
of course, that will be dramatically changing as I progress onto normal foods... can't wait till I can actually start getting substantial amounts of protein once I can start eating fish / ground meat.
