Im a bandster and have got some great advice/support off here and made some lovely buddies on here .
Although Rny & banding are different surgeries u will find healthy eating /choices /emotional issues / general day to day wls battles are the same .
I stick with this site as I feel at home here , its like anything else If your input is positive & helpful so is the output .
I follow my surgeons/dietician guidelines and I post threads on here when Im needing advice or support .
And everytime TT members have been there for me and helped me back on track .
Im on LBT also and I will go there If I carnt get answers I need off here , But I defo think TT is SIMPLY THE BEST !

first fill 24.11.08 =6.5cc
Second fill 29.01.09=1 ml
10ml band filled to 7.5 ml ....
I love my band !  5 stone gone thats 70 pounds
Awaiting third much needed fill ......
