I'm not sure but that is quite a bit of sugar. i would ask the nutrionist before I tried it post op. That is the bad thing about fat free and sugar free stuff. If it's fat free it tends to have a ton of sugar and if it's sugar free it tends to have a bunch of fat. I guess they gotta do something so it has a taste.
