Just wanted to share with all that I had my first post-op visit and I've lost 20 lbs!
I'm now under 300 for the first time in several years, and despite being a little tired, I feel great.
I'm so happy just knowing that I will never weigh more than 300 lbs again - there's no way that I'm going to allow myself to misuse this tool! Life is so good - this is going to be an amazing experience!
