I agree with Traci about it being a phase. Although it's one I seem to opt in and out of quite regularly.
I still have no sensation of hunger so eating can be a bit of a chore for me sometimes. On those occasion, I try to look on my food as fuel - just something I have to do, like putting gas in a car.
Coming up with new and interesting things to eat helps too. Lots of herbs, variety and colour - anything to make it look visually appealing rather than just grabbing the same old cheese stick....ug!
I manage to talk my way out of getting too down about it although my weight has dropped yet again and at my official weigh-in this morning, fully clothed, I hit 120lb - 10lb under what I feel best at. So that put a grey cloud over me.
Keep cooking up those yummy meals - and try making yours a little more moist. If my food is too dry, I just can't get past a couple of mouthfuls.
Just try and hang in there sweetheart. You've done such a great job with your weight loss. You're just 4lb off your goal - that's amazing!
