Kim Im just the same as u as per my thread a few days ago , Its chore to eat nowdays .
Im not one bit hungry , I had to eat about an hour ago as I felt whoozy but I didnt enjoy it , Im eating because I have to now , not because I want to .
Im hoping its just a phase as cici said .
I know how u feel though hun ....

10ml band filled to 7.5 ml ....
I love my band !  5 stone gone thats 70 pounds
Awaiting third much needed fill ......
