I started my weight loss with what I weighed at the hospital (251). However, Dr. Callery's records have always been by what I weighed at my consultation (249.8). In any event, both weights were my all-time highest. I think it's whatever you choose.
Regardless of what you choose, you've done a magnificent job. You're under 200--that's a huge milestone all by itself!
