My favorite hobby is cross stitching. Actually lost 40 lbs once doing it. Quit smoking doing it. It just gets your mind off everything! You can set goals to achieve and you can also make some really cute stuff for friends and family. Not to mention its not a hobby that you have to do alot of body movement for, so its a great healing tool. Good Luck
