My favorite is the Atkins Chocolate Peanut butter bar. It has 19 grams of protein, 1 gram of sugar, a little high in calories @ 240 but soooooo yummy. The Atkins Chocolate Chip granola bar is really good too, 200 calories and 17 grams of protein, 2 grams of sugar alcohol. Ive tried lots of Power bars in the last year because I got tired of Protein shakes early on. I find the Atkins bars on sale and stock up, less chance to make a bad food choice with these on hand
