Jazz is on a distinguished road
Default Normal

I think we all went through and I used the time hopefully to associate to food differently -- I think it is a learning time - to reevaluate how/why we eat - I hated food, but I ate to survive -- not because I liked to eat. Eventually things turn around and food will become enjoyable again -- I suggest to take this time to really evaluate and learn/use new ways of coping with stress and the way you relate to food. I am 6 mo out and I still have days were food sucks. Just to let you know I recall sometimes -- 3 or 4 being disgusted and thinking "what did I do" I am never going to like the taste of anything again. But it will and does pass.

God Bless and Best Wishes to you on your journey!
