I use Fiber Choice - a SF tablet at Wal-Mart. I take two each time, three times a day (whether I can poop or not) - EVERY day when I take my other supplements.
Then, WITHOUT MILK, I sometimes have a 1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean, Honey Almond Flax cereal - just in a coffee cup - for a snack at bedtime. I chew and chew so it's almost mush. It is yummy and full of protein and fiber!
Miralax is just for emergencies, as I no longer have a constipation problem.
