The 5-day pouch test isn't a bad idea. It is very helpful in breaking the carb addiction and putting you back in touch with your pouch. You won't neccesarily lose weight on it. But you might. The thing is though after you have done it you can't just jump back into poor eating choices. You'll end up right back where you are if you do.
Last daily intake you posted awhile back was full of poor choices. I know you've said you been working on eating more protein. So how are you doing with that? I'm not talking about protein drinks. Just protein in general from regular food. Are you journaling? Measuring and weighing your food? Are you drinking with your meals or right after you eat? If you aren't following the pouch rules now the 5-day pouch test really won't do much for you. It may help for those 5 days but that will be it.
