I had a bad month last month (as you can see from my numbers). A long stall combined with some bad eating habits. This month is much better (down 6 pounds in 10 days). One thing I figured out is that I need to drink a LOT of warm liquids. Cold liquids don't stop hunger for me. Lately I've been drinking tea. Also, chicken and turkey fill me up like nothing else. Quiche is good too (I usually just leave the crust uneaten). As much as I like softer and more liquid things (like home made turkey soup), I can eat too much of it.

I wish I was like the people that don't have an appetite. My hunger returned at about 3 weeks out.
