Melissa, everyone has given you good advice. Now that your appetite is back you really need to work on your brain. Your tool is still there but you do need to use it properly.
My suggestion is you start journaling. Look at what you are eating. Can any of that cause you to become hungry sooner? Are you drinking WITH your meals? Are you waiting 45 min after your meal to drink anything? What kind of food are you eating? Is it high in carbs? If so that sets you up for being hungry.
If you still have information from your nutritionist pull it out and read it over. Start journaling your meals to make sure you are still following the pouch rules.
You need to get in AT least 60 grams of protein, preferably dense protein. Not drinks, soups, etc. If you are a meat eater make sure it is meat. It will stay with you the longest and take the longest amount of time to digest.
Your body digests carbs very quickly which makes you hungry. Also are you drinking caffeine? That will be working against you in several ways. It stimulates your hunger and can cause the "munchies". It is also a diuretic which causes you to lose more fluid so you run the risk of being dehydrated.
If you are struggling with your meals I would highly suggest that you email your surgeon's nutritionist and ask for help.
