I agree with everyone else. Protein fills you up longer. And for me, if I drink Iced Tea or occasionally Diet soda, I get hungry. I think the caffeine eats at the stomach and gives it a hungry feeling. So if I really want that iced tea, I tell myself, ok, but you will feel hungry and I tell myself to ignore it because it is a lie. And I don't allow myself to eat until the next meal. If I don't feel that I will be strong enough, I don't allow myself the iced tea that day. I know everybody...it should always be water!
