Make sure you're eating lots of protein and not carbs.
Other than that, make sure that you're not reacting to bad programming.. like people around you are eating so you have to, the tv is on so you need a snack, it's noon so you're hungry even tho you just ate an hour ago.
Our bodies learn patterns and our stomachs and brains respond to that.
