1st question- are you eating enough protein?
2nd question- are you getting enough fiber?
3rd question- are you drinking enough water in between (but not with) meals?
Not getting enough of any one of the above things can make you "feel" more hungry than you really are and push you to eat things you may regret . . . dreaded "bad" carbsssssssss. If you've started to supplement your diet with carbs you will start to feel hungry shortly after eating. Getting back to the basics and upping the exercise will get you out of your stall you just have to keep it up until the numbers/inches start working in your favor!
