I am about 6 1/2 months out and i did notice that i was "feeling" hungry more often than before. You have to just keep chugging on your fluids. I think that the hunger is really in our heads most of the time. I found myself thinking about what the girl next to me was chomping on, and then all of a sudden i was 'hungry' I keep cheese sticks in the fridge at work for those times and just go grab one or make myself some sugar free hot chocolate, and that really works for me. The hot choc is warm and makes me feel like i am having something sweet at the same time. ANDDDD it adds to my liquid count for the day too...lol
