The current recommendation is 200% of RDA. That usually works out to be 2 multivitamins days. Is that calcium pill as in singular? You should be taking between 1,500 and 2000mg of calcium citrate a day.

What about a sublingual/spray B12? B12 deficiency has been well documented after WLS.

You really need to start being your own advocate sweetheart and if you don't think you're getting the best treatment from your surgeon, then try your PCP.

You really need to get on top of this situation now.
