Over the years (on and off) I always take "Hair Factors" by TwinLab. I take it as a precaution because I get my hair chemically processed twice a year. I've never had hair loss due to the Japanese Straightener but I always take Hair Factors 2 months before and 2 months after the process just to be safe. I wonder if I can take this after surgery. I'll have to bring a bottle in when I go see D. Bertha next month and get his opinion because he may have something else in mind.
When I take Hair Factors, I always take 6 pills every day (3 in the morning and 3 at night). Maybe that is what helps keep my hair so thick and full, who knows lol
