OMG
I didn't even make it through day one!!! I was fixing dinner and starving and started nibbling on wheat thins and chicken. Only had about 5 of the crackers and maybe one bite of chicken so I hurried and made my protein shake. Now I am better. This is harder then I thought it would be. I am not starting over I will continue tomorrow. Wish me luck.
Oh ya,
can I add frozen fruit when I make my shakes for day one and two?
